• User-Generated Content: Energy levels, mood data, task preferences, and other information you input into the App
• Payment Information: Processed through Apple's App Store; we do not directly collect payment card information

• Usage Data: Information about how you interact with the App, including features used and time spent
• Device Information: Device type, operating system version, unique device identifiers
• Log Data: IP address, access times, app crashes, and performance data

We use the information we collect to:

Flowstate uses artificial intelligence (Claude API by Anthropic) to generate task suggestions. Your energy level and mood data may be sent to third-party AI services to provide personalized recommendations. This data is processed securely and is not used to train AI models.

We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information with:

• Service Providers: Third-party services that help us operate the App (e.g., Supabase for backend services, Anthropic for AI processing)

Your data is stored securely using Supabase cloud infrastructure. We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encryption and secure authentication protocols. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

• Supabase: Backend and database services
• Anthropic (Claude API): AI task generation
• RevenueCat: Subscription and payment management
• Apple Sign-In: Authentication services
